Vendor Booth Registration

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

Registration Fees

  • Before submitting payment, please confirm you are being charged the correct registration rate (Member vs. Non-Member).
  • If you believe your fee is incorrect, STOP the registration process and contact Michelle at michelle@hcanj.org before proceeding.
  • Please do not complete payment if the rate is incorrect, as HCANJ is unable to issue refunds for overpayments.

Online Registration - Single Booths / Paying by Credit Card Only

  • Online registration is available for single booth purchases only.
  • You must be paying by Credit Card to use the online registration process
  • If you are interested in reserving a double booth or larger, please contact Michelle at michelle@hcanj.org. for instructions on how to proceed

Company Not Listed?

If your company does not appear in the Associate Member dropdown menu, please email the following information to michelle@hcanj.org:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Primary Contact Information
  • website 

We will add your company to the system and let you know when you can proceed with online registration process.

Associate Member Discount Information 

To receive discounted Associate Member booth pricing, you must first:

  • Complete the Associate Member application
  • Submit application and payment to michelle@hcanj.org BEFORE you contract a booth
  • Application processing must be completed before your booth contract can be processed at the member rate.

  • Associate Membership applications are accepted through August 30..

REMINDER Do not submit your booth contract online prior to membership approval, as it will process at the non-member rate. HCANJ is unable to refund overpayments.
