Exhibitor Registration -

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

Prior to confirming and paying your registration fee, please make sure that you are being charged the correct amount.  If you feel that the fee you are being charged is incorrect (e.g., member vs. non-member), STOP THE REGISTRATION PROCESS and contact michelle@hcanj.org 

DO NOT CONTINUE TO PROCESS as we are unable to refund overpayment amounts.

 

ON LINE REGISTRATION IS FOR SINGLE BOOTH ONLY

If you are looking for a Double Booth or Larger - contact michelle@hcanj.org  DO NOT attempt to do this on-line.

 

Are you an Associate Member?  

If you would like to take advantage of Associate Membership discounted booth fees, you must first complete the Associate Member application and pay your dues BEFORE your booth contract can be processed. The discounted fee will not be available until this process is complete.  You must send both the associate member application and booth contract to michelle@hcanj.org.  Do NOT submit your booth contract online as it will process at the wrong rate.  We are unable to refund overpayment amounts. 

Associate Membership applications are accepted through August 31st. 

 

Company Not Listed?  

If you do not see your company listed under associate members drop down, please email Michelle your company info and we will get you set up in the system so that you can register.  Email your company name, address, phone number, and contact information to Michelle@hcanj.org
