You are only allowed ONE discount - price will be either $90 for members or $140 for non members

Priority codes for membership registration

• HCANJ members - no code is necessary 
• New Jersey Hospical Association members must use priority code NJHA
• LeadingAge New Jersey/Delaware members must use priority code Leading

• You MUST complete all three sessions and quizes by November 15th at 5 pm 
• You are respnosible to print / save the materials as they will not be distributed after the session closes
